Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At JUGLOT & CO., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent processes. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

ELIGIBILITY

· Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

· Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories

· Any product that has been customized, including but not limited to prescription lenses, blue light lenses, polarized lenses, progressive lenses, or any lens upgrades/add-ons selected by the customer, is not eligible for return or exchange, as these are made-to-order and cannot be restocked or resold

PRESCRIPTION LENSES

Due to the customized nature of prescription eyewear:

· Prescription lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable

· Exceptions apply only if the product is defective or incorrect due to our error

· Any eyewear purchased with lens customization or add-ons (including blue light, polarized, anti-glare, coatings, or upgrades) will be treated as a customized product and will fall under the same non-returnable and non-refundable category

NON-PRESCRIPTION FRAMES & SUNGLASSES

· Eligible for return or exchange if unused and undamaged

· Any scratches, signs of wear, or damage will void eligibility

· Frames or sunglasses that have been customized with lenses or any add-ons will not be considered non-prescription items, and will become ineligible for return or exchange

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

· Prescription glasses (customized lenses based on provided prescription)

· Blue light / polarized / anti-glare / coated lenses once processed

· Progressive or bifocal lenses

· Any eyewear with lens customization or add-ons

Refunds and exchanges are not applicable on the above items. Customers are advised to carefully review their prescription details and customization options before placing an order

RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

· For all return or exchange requests, customers are required to ship the product back to us at their own expense for inspection

· If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by JUGLOT & CO., return shipping costs will be reimbursed

INSPECTION & APPROVAL

· All returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed only after the product is received and physically inspected by our quality team

· Inspection and verification may take up to 3–5 working days after receipt

· JUGLOT & CO. reserves the right to determine eligibility after inspection

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

· Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

· Provide clear images for initial verification

· Final approval is subject to physical inspection

REFUND PROCESS

· Approved refunds are processed after successful inspection

· Refunds are issued via bank transfer or original payment method

· Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via bank transfer only

· Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after approval

EXCHANGE PROCESS

· Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection approval

· Exchange requests will not be entertained for customized products, including prescription and lens-modified eyewear
