Return and Exchange Policy

At JUGLOT & CO., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent processes. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
ELIGIBILITY
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories
PRESCRIPTION LENSES
Due to the customized nature of prescription eyewear:
- Prescription lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Exceptions apply only if the product is defective or incorrect due to our error
NON-PRESCRIPTION FRAMES & SUNGLASSES
- Eligible for return or exchange if unused and undamaged
- Any scratches, signs of wear, or damage will void eligibility
RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
- For all return or exchange requests, customers are required to ship the product back to us at their own expense for inspection
- If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by JUGLOT & CO., return shipping costs will be reimbursed
INSPECTION & APPROVAL
- All returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed only after the product is received and physically inspected by our quality team
- Inspection and verification may take up to 3–5 working days after receipt
- JUGLOT & CO. reserves the right to determine eligibility after inspection
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear images for initial verification
- Final approval is subject to physical inspection
REFUND PROCESS
- Approved refunds are processed after successful inspection
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer or original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via bank transfer only
- Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after approval
EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection approval
