We currently deliver across Pakistan, subject to courier serviceability.

• Major cities: 3–5 working days
• Other areas: 5–7 working days
• Prescription orders may require additional processing time before dispatch

• Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders within Pakistan
• COD availability depends on courier coverage and order verification
• JUGLOT & CO. reserves the right to limit or refuse COD on certain orders

• Orders are processed after confirmation
• Prescription orders are processed only after prescription details are verified

Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via SMS or email where available.

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or courier delays.

• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to origin
• Re-dispatch may require additional charges

• Customers are responsible for shipping returned products back to us for inspection
• If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivery, return shipping costs will be reimbursed
